CAN $300/hour if acting on an hourly basis (as of January 2022), however, we are offering flat rates on many of our services.

Do I take cases on contigency basis?

No.

Have I worked on cases exactly like yours?

If you email me a brief summary of your situation, I will let you know, in the most honest and transparent manner. If I believe that your needs will be better met by working with someone else, I will always try to refer you out.

How long do I take to respond to emails?

I always try to respond to emails within 24 hours. If I am super busy, it may take 48 hours to respond to your email or massage. If you have not heard from me within 72 hours, please kindly email me again.

Can you call me?

Unless I have specifically asked you to call, or we have agreed in advance, please do not. Instead, send me an email or massage and I will respond to you promptly. If you call me when I am not expecting your phone call, I probably will not be able to answer your phone call as in most cases I would be doing client work. I strive to give my undivided attention to each and every client.

Will I call you out when you are wrong?

Absolutely! I will always patiently and respectfully listen to your perspective and then explain how the law works. If you are misinformed or have misunderstood, then I will tell you so and explain why.

How do the majority of my clients find me?

About half of my new clients find me through word-of-mouth referrals. Many of my current clients return to me for additional legal services at different point in time. I value the trust my clients place into me and invest in building a long-lasting connection with them.

Can you communicate with me in Ukrainian?

Yes. I am fluent in both English and Ukrainian.

What do I like most about being a lawyer?

People I meet and the ability to help my clients overcome many legal challenges they face. The advocacy element of being a lawyer is particularly rewarding. I also enjoy the learning aspect of legal practice. With each new client comes a new and unique story with its own history, culture, traditions, challenges, and learning.
